Health Forums

Come along to the East or Central Health Forums, facilitated by TDC in partnership with local communities, service providers and anyone interested in health and wellness in the area.
Health Forums

Our aim is community-led coordination for health services & projects.

Health Forums are open to all community groups and frontline health and care services – VCSE, statutory, primary care. There are themed quarterly meetings based on area priorities. Health Forums collate and evaluate community and service insight and learning, set area priorities with a specific focus at each meeting and oversee Test and Learn pilots.

Our Health Forums also feed into our regular Community Health Panels. A platform for community members to strategically influence health and care services across Brighton. To find out more about our community panels get in touch with us using the form below.

Come and join us to:

  • Find out more information about local health services
  • Gather community insight & share learning with health providers
  • Work together on community identified health priorities
  • Co-produce local responses

For residents and everyone involved in health in the local community.

Each of the forums meets four times a year.

I have met a lot of motivated and passionate people here, and their project ideas, skills and drive always inspire me.

I love to be a part of the process of searching - when communities create what does not already exist.

      Senior Community Development Manager

I enjoy working with individuals and groups who have such creativity and enthusiasm, from an idea to making it a reality. It’s very inspiring to see the difference it makes.

      Kirsty Walker

      Director of Neighbourhood Projects

There's such a strong sense of communities knowing what they want and getting on with it that we really do become 'connectors'.
