Kaye joined the Trust in April 2009 having worked in community development and regeneration for 19 years. During that time she recruited and managed teams of community workers, co-ordinated national resident training programmes, evaluated government involvement policies, wrote community development strategies for local authorities and researched new models of delivering local services. Kaye also delivered training courses for residents and staff on community development issues.
