AdministratorSince joining the Trust as a full time administrator in June 2008, Katharine has been busy with a wide range of activities. These include organising the Trust's office space and sorting out IT requirements, co-ordinating the recruitment of new staff and volunteers, organising and supporting Board meetings, the Annual General Meetings and Personnel Sub-Committee meetings, developing the website, Trust newsletter and updating staff policies. Her background has always involved working with charities in the UK and overseas, primarily in office management, human resources and volunteer co-ordination.
