Joanna joined the Trust for Developing Communities as a Projects Manager in July 2009. She has a background in participatory community development, working with development projects over the last 15 years. She has managed participatory research projects and research teams, carried out evaluations and coordinated work with partner organisations, mainly in Asia and Africa. She has worked with organisations, including ActionAid, Save the Children and Plan International.
