Clare Hopkins

Clare joined the Trust in November 2011 after volunteering with them in the Woodingdean neighbourhood for a year and a half. Her work and voluntary work have always been people, health and community focused being passionate about supporting and promoting happy healthy neighbourhoods. Her previous roles include: Fresh Ideas Development Worker for the East Sussex Food & Health Partnership, Youth Environment Worker for Groundwark Southwark, and Project Worker for Care Co-ops mental health charity. She has undertaken post graduate studies in health promotion and the Working in Community Organisations Diploma course run by TDC. Clare has also undertaken studies in life coaching and personal performance, and uses these skills to enable individuals and groups to find and reach their potential, identifying their own solutions and taking action to improve their quality of life.
