Submitted by tdc on 23 August, 2011 - 09:36. BevendeanHelen joined the Trust in July 2011 and so returned to work in east Brighton where she ran the Green Gym from 2001 - 2006. Her work roles have always been people centred and have included Resident Participation Officer at Amicus Housing Association, Lone Parent Consultant at Working Links, and a brief contract with PEP Community Involvement Team to put together a Community Fayre to celebrate local group achievements at the end of the eb4U project. Helen also has a background in the mental health field working for MIND and more recently for Hyde In Touch Supported Accommodation Service

PeacehavenSue joined the Trust in August 2006, having previously worked as a Community Development Worker in East Brighton, firstly in Moulsecoomb and then in Whitehawk (2002 - 2006). She successfully achieved a Level 3 Diploma on the accredited OCN Working in Community Organisations (WICO) course in 2002. In July 2009, Sue was appointed as Community Participation Worker for Downlands Court, Peacehaven.

Hollingdean & Saunders ParkAlthough Liz's professional qualifications are in Hotel Management she has always been interested and involved in her local community: Liz has been a member of her local regeneration partnership since it began over seven years ago and was Chair of the partnership for four. She started as Community Development Worker in Hollingdean at the end of June 2008 and has focussed on letting as many groups/organisations/residents as possible know that she is there, based in the Community Centre, and would like to hear from them.
