MoulsecoombAs a student, working with the Trust has reiterated the importance of grass-roots community development; it's not about making assumptions or delivering ‘top-down' solutions. It's about listening to people, supporting them to find solutions that work for them. It's about empowerment of individuals, increasing their involvement in community issues and, therefore, their capacity for participation in wider society.
